Wedding Package 2017/2018

Dear Bride and Groom

Over the years the Blue Waters Hotel has earned an excellent reputation as a Wedding Venue.  There are four different venues to choose from and each receives efficient and reliable service ensuring you value for money.

We are pleased to offer you on your special day, our Wedding Package, from R 550.00 per person inclusive of 15 % VAT. 

In addition to all that is offered, we have the expertise and experience as well as the Professional contacts to help and advise you with regards to certain support services. Eg: Photographer, Videographer for the proceedings or small gift ideas.

Pricing:     40 - 49 Adults @ R600.00 per person
                50 -120 Adults @ R550.00 per person
                Children under the age of 12 years pay half price.

DJ: R650 per hour, no complimentry

 Additional Costs: 

40-49 Adults @ R6 000.00 - non-refundable beverage tab added .
50-120 Adults @ R10 000.00 - non-refundable beverage tab added.

Due to the popularity of weddings at the Blue Waters we advise that you confirm your reception with us well in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of R24 000.00 is payable to secure your booking and the remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to your reception.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations up to 1 month prior to function date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the total deposit paid.
Cancellations within 1 month prior to function date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of the total deposit paid.
