A BIG thank you to everybody involved in making Montpelier's annual art auction, which was a huge success! The guests thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated venue, the sumptuous food and the outstanding service.

Many thanks to the porters and function people in helping carry all the items to/from the room and helping set up and dismantle, we definitely could not have done it without them! Just want to say a big THANK YOU for the wonderful wedding reception held on 18 December 2010.
It turned out to be a great evening with so much enjoyment and many, many compliments... from how lovely the hall looked to the delicious food, good DJ, everything was perfect. You really did a wonderful job with everything and made our day extra special. Once again thank you very much. You will definitely be recommended by us and guests that attended.

Three years ago myself and my husband had a holiday in Durban we stayed at the Blue waters Hotel. The services were go great and the staff was friendly, the reception was pleasant and very help full. We felt safe, this year we will be traveling with the Melody cruise ship to Durban. We will be staying at the Blue waters Hotel, my sister and her husband will be joining us, can't wait.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for making my wedding day so special, you were absolutely great, you went out of your way to make sure everything at my wedding was perfect, I don't know how I would of coped with out you, your staff was great, the communication level was just brilliant. The food was excellent, the honeymoon suite, and breakfast the next morning.


I will recommend Blue Waters Hotel to everyone as long as you are still there. I have a gift for you I will pass by soon to give it to you.


P.S. please can you pass this letter on to your seniors I would like them to know what a great job you are doing at the Hotel. You are truly an asset to Blue Waters Hotel.

We would like to thank you for ensuring that all was in order for the wedding and literally exceeding our expectations. The pool deck looked beautiful. I thank all your staff for a job well done. The service in simple terms was excellent.

The party really was the best I have been to in Private Bank, the food was absolutely delicious, hot and plenty of it and so much choice!!! And it was not whisked away so that you could not go back for more!!
The venue was awesome, the colour scheme, the tablecloths, the flowers, everything was awesome, awesome!
The DJ played super duper stuff, right up to date stuff but not head banging rap!

Just a quick say Thank You for the lovely way you decorated the venue and tables for our function on Friday night. Everything was perfect the flowers were beautiful, the food was wonderful (from starters to desert!).

Thank you so much for a wonderful evening at the Blue Waters Hotel, our end of year function was a great hit! It was so great to walk in and everything was prepared as arranged. Top marks to Martin and his team for an excellent spread, the curry was unbelievable. Again, thank you for the excellent service and attention given through out the evening.

Thank you for the wonderful reception and the effort put into making my reception look as i wanted. It was great. The food was absolutely divine and there wasn't a shortage of anything. The staff were great and so was DJ Segie. It was a night to remember and I made the best of it. Thanks!

I have, over the past few years, been a guest at a few Durban hotels but I can say without a doubt that the service and professionalism at the Blue Waters Hotel has been top notch. From the moment I had arrived, the service at reception was speedy and efficient, my room was immaculate and spaceous and your staff were pleasantly helpful and grounded. I have been raving about your hotel to all my close friends and family during my stay and will continue to do so well after my stay. I know for sure where I will be staying during my next trip to Durban. Keep up the amazing service and standard.

Thank you for a fantastic evening. You can feel proud of a job well done. No problems, nothing. The compliments came flying to me that the venue looked stunning and that the food was out of this world.

Choosing a wedding coordinator is probably one of the most difficult decisions to make.
I could not have asked for anyone better, as you were the best.
You created ideas that were the best, yet asked for our input,
You made suggestions without making us feel like we had to go with it
You listened to the family's insanity without passing judgment, and most important you gave me strength when I felt it the least"
You did just what wedding planner would do, everything to perfection.
I can assure you, YOU WERE AWESOME!!!!!, and so very easy and pleasant to work with.

Please commend the chefs for a job well done, the food was great. There are many little touches that you provide that do not go un-noticed, an example being the provision of staff who "guard" the venues when the meetings break for meals. A special thank you to Enoch who managed to find a cell phone for us. Thank you Christel for checking with me daily to find out if all was going according to plan and for all the work that went on behind the scenes, setting the rooms up, keeping the drinks and sweets refreshed.

I enjoyed my stay at the Blue Water. Stayed in Room 1712 with a wonderful view of the South and East Africa (Indian) Ocean. I felt at home while away from Home. I will certainly book for my next Holiday in Durban. The staff I remember there Tino, Never, Shabani, Soso, Jose and others were so wonderful. Keep it up.
