Just want to say a big THANK YOU for the wonderful wedding reception held on 18 December 2010.
It turned out to be a great evening with so much enjoyment and many, many compliments... from how lovely the hall looked to the delicious food, good DJ, everything was perfect. You really did a wonderful job with everything and made our day extra special. Once again thank you very much. You will definitely be recommended by us and guests that attended.

We stayed in the hotel from the 4/11/12 to the 09/11/12 and what a pleasant surprise to hear that we have been upgraded to a suite as this was our 1 year wedding anniversary we celebrated! The service was excellent and thanks so much for making this such a memorable occasion. We will see you very soon...

Following a great stay in your hotel for my first Comrades Marathon in 2011, I returned once more for my second Comrades in June 2012.
I cannot praise the staff at the Blue Waters too highly & chose to eat all my evening meals in the restaurant which like on my previous visit, offered a wide choice of excellent food.
Once again, every member of staff I encountered were very friendly, and extremely helpful.
I cannot praise this hotel too highly.

Firstly a big thank you to you both for making our recent function the success that it was. We always enjoy coming to the Blue Waters as we know that we will be well looked after by caring staff.

Thank you for the provision of the PA system, the data projector, the screens and flip chats and the TV and video which were set up in the rooms as and when requested.

Please commend the chefs for a job well done, the food was great. There are many little touches that you provide that do not go un-noticed, an example being the provision of staff who "guard" the venues when the meetings break for meals. A special thank you to Enoch who managed to find a cell phone for us. Thank you Christel for checking with me daily to find out if all was going according to plan and for all the work that went on behind the scenes, setting the rooms up, keeping the drinks and sweets refreshed.

Our event was undoubtedly a success! I cannot thank you enough for helping us out at such short notice.

The venue was beautiful, the food was awesome and the staff was very professional; and a special thank you to Christel who went beyond the call of duty and was extremely helpful and efficient!

We just got back from honeymoon last Friday, and yes, its been hectic.
Shaun and I just wanted to let you know how special you made our wedding day and how much we appreciated your professionalism, you made our wedding so perfect. We could not have done it without you.
The Ceremony, and of course the flowers was perfect, the room (Cascades) looked BEAUTIFUL, everything happened on time, and you were always behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect for us. The quality of your ideas were inspirational, and your attention to detail just awesome.
The Reception (Pooldec) was stunning. Again, the flowers intrigued me. You are so organized, on the ball and calm. Thank you also for all of your help and advice prior to the wedding it was invaluable! The best part of having you there was peace of mind knowing we could relax and enjoy our day, while being confident that everything would be as planned. That was priceless!
You were INCREDIBLE. I can't thank you enough for coordinating our wedding Saturday 17 August 2013. I couldn't be happier with the way the wedding turned out and am so glad we decided to have you for the whole planning period. You made our evening effortless and allowed us to focus on friends, family and fun.

Dear Blue Waters
I stayed in room Family Room 1614 on the 12th of June to celebrate my 40th birthday and I can say that my experience in this hotel has been memorable, even though it was just for one night. The service was friendly and will glady recommend Blue Waters to all my family and friends.
The only issue i had was that i had to have a cold shower at 5:30 in the morning. For some reason the water was not hot :( :( :(

I had the most recent opportunity of having dinner and breakfast at the Versailles Restaurant. I would like to compliment the restaurant for the excellent and efficient service, vast menu and lovely well presented and tasteful food served. The food served is presented fresh and very tasty indeed. Sure will recommend this establishment to my family when we arrange a next get together.

A BIG thank you to everybody involved in making Montpelier's annual art auction, which was a huge success! The guests thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated venue, the sumptuous food and the outstanding service.

Many thanks to the porters and function people in helping carry all the items to/from the room and helping set up and dismantle, we definitely could not have done it without them! A BIG thank you to everybody involved in making Montpelier's annual art auction, which was a huge success! I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have done to ensure that this function is the best that we have ever attended. You are just the best. You went out of your way to make sure that the hall was beautifully decorated and everything was just perfect. I don't remember when was the last time that I have dealt with such professional people like you.

When I walked into the room last night, I nearly cried of joy, you guys have done such a magnificent job, your staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the DJ was just too good.

Stayed from Feb 26 to March 06 2013. Had a great stay with absolutely no complaints from the clean fresh room to the superb Breakfasts.
The Outdoor bar area with Pizza oven is a really nice area to chill which I did every afternoon. The hotel is in a great location right on the Beachfront. And ALL of the Staff were very friendly and helpful. What more can you ask. I will definitely be making the Blue Waters my first choice when staying in Durban.
