I booked four rooms for 4 couples from 08 August 2012 to 11 August 2012 and believe me, we had a brilliant time with Blue waters hotel, perfect holiday for us. I want you to know how pleased we are with the outstanding service you have given us. I'm very pleased with the quality of your service. I have recommended your Hotel to others because of our satisfaction with your service. You made our holiday to be memorable, I'm definitely sure that I will come back again with other members of my family.

Our event was undoubtedly a success! I cannot thank you enough for helping us out at such short notice.

The venue was beautiful, the food was awesome and the staff was very professional; and a special thank you to Christel who went beyond the call of duty and was extremely helpful and efficient!

Thank you for the provision of the PA system, the data projector, the screens and flip chats and the TV and video which were set up in the rooms as and when requested.

Please commend the chefs for a job well done, the food was great. There are many little touches that you provide that do not go un-noticed, an example being the provision of staff who "guard" the venues when the meetings break for meals. A special thank you to Enoch who managed to find a cell phone for us. Thank you Christel for checking with me daily to find out if all was going according to plan and for all the work that went on behind the scenes, setting the rooms up, keeping the drinks and sweets refreshed.

Thank you for such an amazing hotel!! Reinhardt and Emma are the most helpful people, they are friendly, welcoming and polite. I stay at your hotel every weekend now, the facilities are awesome and the sea views are totally amazing!! Well done to Blue Waters!! Keep up the good work. See you soon!!

Following a great stay in your hotel for my first Comrades Marathon in 2011, I returned once more for my second Comrades in June 2012.
I cannot praise the staff at the Blue Waters too highly & chose to eat all my evening meals in the restaurant which like on my previous visit, offered a wide choice of excellent food.
Once again, every member of staff I encountered were very friendly, and extremely helpful.
I cannot praise this hotel too highly.

Stayed from Feb 26 to March 06 2013. Had a great stay with absolutely no complaints from the clean fresh room to the superb Breakfasts.
The Outdoor bar area with Pizza oven is a really nice area to chill which I did every afternoon. The hotel is in a great location right on the Beachfront. And ALL of the Staff were very friendly and helpful. What more can you ask. I will definitely be making the Blue Waters my first choice when staying in Durban.

I STAYED AT BLUE WATERS FROM THE 29/12/11 UNTIL 05/01/12. THE STAFF IS FREELY, FREINDLY, CARED AND WELCOMING. WE HAD A WONDERFULL STAY AND HAD A FABULOUS TIME....I RECOMMEND IT TO ANY1 WHO WANT TO HAVE A GREAT TIME IN DURBAN. THE BEACH IS AT YOUR DOORSTEP WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR.......

Thank you for the wonderful service we received during the World Youth Maths week - a very big thank you to your Chef/s. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all.

Blue Waters Hotel staff are very PROFESSIONAL, accommodating and helpful.

Words cannot express how wonderful our wedding was! We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a most memorable wedding day, your professionalism with organizing it all was overwhelming! Thank you for the beautiful seating for the service, the white carpet, the arch, the beautiful flowers, the petals and the bubbles! Awesome! It was even more beautiful than we expected.

The setting of the tables with the beautiful flowers, the table numbers, the guests all said the food was good, the music was great, it was just like a dream! The champagne in the bedroom, just awesome! The service from the staff was great, we heard no complaints. Everything was perfect!

I stayed in room 418 and I can say that my experience with this hotel has been memorable, the service was friendly, the people there are friendly and if you have a problem there is a immediate solution given to you. The greatest part of all is that you treated as if you family there and yes as it may be a service that they are rendering, it's done professionally, with respect and a smile.

Thanks for making my stay in Durban more special and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others:-)
