Just a quick say Thank You for the lovely way you decorated the venue and tables for our function on Friday night. Everything was perfect the flowers were beautiful, the food was wonderful (from starters to desert!).

I really appreciate your help and guidance in putting the evening together, and we will most certainly consider having more functions at the Blue Waters Hotel in future.

The tables were so beautifully decorated, the staff very attentive and the food was great - all of which made a most enjoyable time of celebration.

I would like to thank you very much for making my son's wedding such a memorable one. From when we first visited your hotel and saw Colleen and Gerald - all the help and advice we got from them. We had the ceremony there and of course the reception. Everything was perfect, every little detail was taken care of.
The staff serving at the reception were so very polite and helpful. The functions coordinators were on hand throughout the evening, very dedicated indeed. The decor was absolutely stunning. Looked like we had walked into a dreamland. The food was so absolutely wonderful. Thank you to your kitchen staff and compliments to the chef/s. What supposed to be hot was hot - not just warm but hot.
Even your staff at the front desk were so very helpful.

On the Sunday, my husband and I joined the newlyweds for breakfast. What a breakfast! Delicious.

I have, over the past few years, been a guest at a few Durban hotels but I can say without a doubt that the service and professionalism at the Blue Waters Hotel has been top notch. From the moment I had arrived, the service at reception was speedy and efficient, my room was immaculate and spaceous and your staff were pleasantly helpful and grounded. I have been raving about your hotel to all my close friends and family during my stay and will continue to do so well after my stay. I know for sure where I will be staying during my next trip to Durban. Keep up the amazing service and standard.

It turned out to be a great evening with so much enjoyment and many, many compliments... from how lovely the hall looked to the delicious food, good DJ, everything was perfect. I had the most recent opportunity of having dinner and breakfast at the Versailles Restaurant. I would like to compliment the restaurant for the excellent and efficient service, vast menu and lovely well presented and tasteful food served. The food served is presented fresh and very tasty indeed. Sure will recommend this establishment to my family when we arrange a next get together.

Words cannot express how wonderful our wedding was! The setting of the tables with the beautiful flowers, the table numbers, the guests all said the food was good, the music was great, it was just like a dream! The champagne in the bedroom, just awesome! The service from the staff was great, we heard no complaints. Everything was perfect!
