Just a quick say Thank You for the lovely way you decorated the venue and tables for our function on Friday night. Everything was perfect the flowers were beautiful, the food was wonderful (from starters to desert!).

Dear Blue Waters
I stayed in room Family Room 1614 on the 12th of June to celebrate my 40th birthday and I can say that my experience in this hotel has been memorable, even though it was just for one night. The service was friendly and will glady recommend Blue Waters to all my family and friends.
The only issue i had was that i had to have a cold shower at 5:30 in the morning. For some reason the water was not hot :( :( :(

I have, over the past few years, been a guest at a few Durban hotels but I can say without a doubt that the service and professionalism at the Blue Waters Hotel has been top notch. From the moment I had arrived, the service at reception was speedy and efficient, my room was immaculate and spaceous and your staff were pleasantly helpful and grounded. I have been raving about your hotel to all my close friends and family during my stay and will continue to do so well after my stay. I know for sure where I will be staying during my next trip to Durban. Keep up the amazing service and standard.

You went out of your way to make sure that the hall was beautifully decorated and everything was just perfect. When I walked into the room last night, I nearly cried of joy, you guys have done such a magnificent job, your staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the DJ was just too good.

I enjoyed my stay at the Blue Water. Stayed in Room 1712 with a wonderful view of the South and East Africa (Indian) Ocean. I felt at home while away from Home. I will certainly book for my next Holiday in Durban. The staff I remember there Tino, Never, Shabani, Soso, Jose and others were so wonderful. Keep it up.

The party really was the best I have been to in Private Bank, the food was absolutely delicious, hot and plenty of it and so much choice!!! And it was not whisked away so that you could not go back for more!!
The venue was awesome, the colour scheme, the tablecloths, the flowers, everything was awesome, awesome!
The DJ played super duper stuff, right up to date stuff but not head banging rap!

I stayed in room 418 and I can say that my experience with this hotel has been memorable, the service was friendly, the people there are friendly and if you have a problem there is a immediate solution given to you. The greatest part of all is that you treated as if you family there and yes as it may be a service that they are rendering, it's done professionally, with respect and a smile.

Thanks for making my stay in Durban more special and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others:-)

On behalf of the Chairman and members of the Natal By Pass Club, a very big thank you for arranging the venue for Sunday lunch 28 November.

The tables were so beautifully decorated, the staff very attentive and the food was great - all of which made a most enjoyable time of celebration.

We hope to be back again next year and in the meantime will definitely recommend BLUE WATERS BUFFET LUNCH as a must.
