We just got back from honeymoon last Friday, and yes, its been hectic.
Shaun and I just wanted to let you know how special you made our wedding day and how much we appreciated your professionalism, you made our wedding so perfect. We could not have done it without you.
The Ceremony, and of course the flowers was perfect, the room (Cascades) looked BEAUTIFUL, everything happened on time, and you were always behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect for us. The quality of your ideas were inspirational, and your attention to detail just awesome.
The Reception (Pooldec) was stunning. Again, the flowers intrigued me. You are so organized, on the ball and calm. Thank you also for all of your help and advice prior to the wedding it was invaluable! The best part of having you there was peace of mind knowing we could relax and enjoy our day, while being confident that everything would be as planned. That was priceless!
You were INCREDIBLE. I can't thank you enough for coordinating our wedding Saturday 17 August 2013. I couldn't be happier with the way the wedding turned out and am so glad we decided to have you for the whole planning period. You made our evening effortless and allowed us to focus on friends, family and fun.

Thank you for a fantastic evening. You can feel proud of a job well done. No problems, nothing. The compliments came flying to me that the venue looked stunning and that the food was out of this world.

Please also thank the waiters for being there to help and serve the guests where needed and also a big thank you to the chef, the food was FANTASTIC.

I have, over the past few years, been a guest at a few Durban hotels but I can say without a doubt that the service and professionalism at the Blue Waters Hotel has been top notch. From the moment I had arrived, the service at reception was speedy and efficient, my room was immaculate and spaceous and your staff were pleasantly helpful and grounded. I have been raving about your hotel to all my close friends and family during my stay and will continue to do so well after my stay. Following a great stay in your hotel for my first Comrades Marathon in 2011, I returned once more for my second Comrades in June 2012.
I cannot praise the staff at the Blue Waters too highly & chose to eat all my evening meals in the restaurant which like on my previous visit, offered a wide choice of excellent food.
Once again, every member of staff I encountered were very friendly, and extremely helpful.
I cannot praise this hotel too highly.

I would like to thank the staff and everyone at the hotel for a wonderful time. Travelling with 2 small children is very hard but everything was so convenient and my kids really had a nice time. Very comfortable. Thank you once again.
