I would like to thank you very much for making my son's wedding such a memorable one. From when we first visited your hotel and saw Colleen and Gerald - all the help and advice we got from them. We had the ceremony there and of course the reception. Everything was perfect, every little detail was taken care of.
The staff serving at the reception were so very polite and helpful. The functions coordinators were on hand throughout the evening, very dedicated indeed. The decor was absolutely stunning. Looked like we had walked into a dreamland. The food was so absolutely wonderful. Thank you to your kitchen staff and compliments to the chef/s. What supposed to be hot was hot - not just warm but hot.
Even your staff at the front desk were so very helpful.

On the Sunday, my husband and I joined the newlyweds for breakfast. What a breakfast! Delicious.

What more can I say but thank you, thank you, thank you - to all your staff for their input in making this day so special.

I have, over the past few years, been a guest at a few Durban hotels but I can say without a doubt that the service and professionalism at the Blue Waters Hotel has been top notch. From the moment I had arrived, the service at reception was speedy and efficient, my room was immaculate and spaceous and your staff were pleasantly helpful and grounded. I have been raving about your hotel to all my close friends and family during my stay and will continue to do so well after my stay. I know for sure where I will be staying during my next trip to Durban. Keep up the amazing service and standard.

The party really was the best I have been to in Private Bank, the food was absolutely delicious, hot and plenty of it and so much choice!!! And it was not whisked away so that you could not go back for more!!
The venue was awesome, the colour scheme, the tablecloths, the flowers, everything was awesome, awesome!
The DJ played super duper stuff, right up to date stuff but not head banging rap!

Three years ago myself and my husband had a holiday in Durban we stayed at the Blue waters Hotel. The services were go great and the staff was friendly, the reception was pleasant and very help full. We felt safe, this year we will be traveling with the Melody cruise ship to Durban. We will be staying at the Blue waters Hotel, my sister and her husband will be joining us, can't wait.

Gary and I would like to thank you so much for making our wedding day a fairy tale wedding.  It was so well organised and the catering and decorations and the service from the staff was excellent.

We stayed in the hotel from the 4/11/12 to the 09/11/12 and what a pleasant surprise to hear that we have been upgraded to a suite as this was our 1 year wedding anniversary we celebrated! Choosing a wedding coordinator is probably one of the most difficult decisions to make.
I could not have asked for anyone better, as you were the best.
You created ideas that were the best, yet asked for our input,
You made suggestions without making us feel like we had to go with it
You listened to the family's insanity without passing judgment, and most important you gave me strength when I felt it the least"
You did just what wedding planner would do, everything to perfection.
I can assure you, YOU WERE AWESOME!!!!!, and so very easy and pleasant to work with.

Hi Guys i just want to take this time in thanking you for the friendly service our stay was warm and at home the rooms where amazing including the sea views i would reccomend the Hotel to anyone i am definitly returning very soon for a even longer stay.
