Just want to say a big THANK YOU for the wonderful wedding reception held on 18 December 2010.
It turned out to be a great evening with so much enjoyment and many, many compliments... from how lovely the hall looked to the delicious food, good DJ, everything was perfect. You really did a wonderful job with everything and made our day extra special. Once again thank you very much. You will definitely be recommended by us and guests that attended.

We just got back from honeymoon last Friday, and yes, its been hectic.
Shaun and I just wanted to let you know how special you made our wedding day and how much we appreciated your professionalism, you made our wedding so perfect. We could not have done it without you.
The Ceremony, and of course the flowers was perfect, the room (Cascades) looked BEAUTIFUL, everything happened on time, and you were always behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect for us. The quality of your ideas were inspirational, and your attention to detail just awesome.
The Reception (Pooldec) was stunning. Again, the flowers intrigued me. You are so organized, on the ball and calm. Thank you also for all of your help and advice prior to the wedding it was invaluable! The best part of having you there was peace of mind knowing we could relax and enjoy our day, while being confident that everything would be as planned. That was priceless!
You were INCREDIBLE. I can't thank you enough for coordinating our wedding Saturday 17 August 2013. I couldn't be happier with the way the wedding turned out and am so glad we decided to have you for the whole planning period. You made our evening effortless and allowed us to focus on friends, family and fun.

I stayed in room 418 and I can say that my experience with this hotel has been memorable, the service was friendly, the people there are friendly and if you have a problem there is a immediate solution given to you. The greatest part of all is that you treated as if you family there and yes as it may be a service that they are rendering, it's done professionally, with respect and a smile.

Thanks for making my stay in Durban more special and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others:-)

Dear Blue Waters
I stayed in room Family Room 1614 on the 12th of June to celebrate my 40th birthday and I can say that my experience in this hotel has been memorable, even though it was just for one night. The service was friendly and will glady recommend Blue Waters to all my family and friends.
The only issue i had was that i had to have a cold shower at 5:30 in the morning. For some reason the water was not hot :( :( :(

Thank you for the wonderful reception and the effort put into making my reception look as i wanted. It was great. The food was absolutely divine and there wasn't a shortage of anything. The staff were great and so was DJ Segie. It was a night to remember and I made the best of it. Thanks!

Blue Waters Hotel staff are very PROFESSIONAL, accommodating and helpful.

I can't book another place, Blue Waters is very warm and my kids vote for it all the way.... Thanks for your hospitality from the Reception, porters, housekeeping and the famous breakfast room.

I booked four rooms for 4 couples from 08 August 2012 to 11 August 2012 and believe me, we had a brilliant time with Blue waters hotel, perfect holiday for us. I want you to know how pleased we are with the outstanding service you have given us. I'm very pleased with the quality of your service. I have recommended your Hotel to others because of our satisfaction with your service. You made our holiday to be memorable, I'm definitely sure that I will come back again with other members of my family.
