Three years ago myself and my husband had a holiday in Durban we stayed at the Blue waters Hotel. The services were go great and the staff was friendly, the reception was pleasant and very help full. We felt safe, this year we will be traveling with the Melody cruise ship to Durban. We will be staying at the Blue waters Hotel, my sister and her husband will be joining us, can't wait.

On behalf of my husband, my daughter Janine and her husband Peter, I would like to take this opportunity to convey a heartfelt thank you for the wonderful evening we spent at the Versailles Restaurant.  Our meals were absolutely wonderful and it certainly brought back some great memories - for us of our October Honeymoon and our children of their Wedding Reception. The Blue Waters Hotel will always have a very special place in my heart!

We would like to thank you for ensuring that all was in order for the wedding and literally exceeding our expectations. The pool deck looked beautiful. I thank all your staff for a job well done. The service in simple terms was excellent.

I booked four rooms for 4 couples from 08 August 2012 to 11 August 2012 and believe me, we had a brilliant time with Blue waters hotel, perfect holiday for us. Words cannot express how wonderful our wedding was! The setting of the tables with the beautiful flowers, the table numbers, the guests all said the food was good, the music was great, it was just like a dream! The champagne in the bedroom, just awesome! The service from the staff was great, we heard no complaints. Everything was perfect!

We stayed in the hotel from the 4/11/12 to the 09/11/12 and what a pleasant surprise to hear that we have been upgraded to a suite as this was our 1 year wedding anniversary we celebrated! The service was excellent and thanks so much for making this such a memorable occasion. We will see you very soon...

Thank you Christel for checking with me daily to find out if all was going according to plan and for all the work that went on behind the scenes, setting the rooms up, keeping the drinks and sweets refreshed.
