I have, over the past few years, been a guest at a few Durban hotels but I can say without a doubt that the service and professionalism at the Blue Waters Hotel has been top notch. From the moment I had arrived, the service at reception was speedy and efficient, my room was immaculate and spaceous and your staff were pleasantly helpful and grounded. I have been raving about your hotel to all my close friends and family during my stay and will continue to do so well after my stay. I know for sure where I will be staying during my next trip to Durban. Keep up the amazing service and standard.

We would like to thank you for ensuring that all was in order for the wedding and literally exceeding our expectations. The pool deck looked beautiful. I thank all your staff for a job well done. The service in simple terms was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at the Blue Water. Stayed in Room 1712 with a wonderful view of the South and East Africa (Indian) Ocean. I felt at home while away from Home. I will certainly book for my next Holiday in Durban. The staff I remember there Tino, Never, Shabani, Soso, Jose and others were so wonderful. Keep it up.

Hi, I attended Clyde and Tanita McCarthy's Wedding on Saturday the 10th September, 2011. I was so impressed with everything that you did for them to make their special day extra special, a day they will never forget. Everything was done with excellence, the layout of the Chapel where they were married and the reception room were beautifully decorated. The atmosphere, food, service and music all made it a day never to be forgotten. Well done to one and all for all your hard work. The tables were so beautifully decorated, the staff very attentive and the food was great - all of which made a most enjoyable time of celebration.

We stayed in the hotel from the 4/11/12 to the 09/11/12 and what a pleasant surprise to hear that we have been upgraded to a suite as this was our 1 year wedding anniversary we celebrated! I STAYED AT BLUE WATERS FROM THE 29/12/11 UNTIL 05/01/12. THE STAFF IS FREELY, FREINDLY, CARED AND WELCOMING. WE HAD A WONDERFULL STAY AND HAD A FABULOUS TIME....I RECOMMEND IT TO ANY1 WHO WANT TO HAVE A GREAT TIME IN DURBAN. THE BEACH IS AT YOUR DOORSTEP WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR.......

Thanks very much for the most efficient attention and service in putting this 75th party together. Everything worked like clockwork and the party was a tremendous success.

Three years ago myself and my husband had a holiday in Durban we stayed at the Blue waters Hotel. The services were go great and the staff was friendly, the reception was pleasant and very help full. We felt safe, this year we will be traveling with the Melody cruise ship to Durban. We will be staying at the Blue waters Hotel, my sister and her husband will be joining us, can't wait.

Thank you so much for a wonderful evening at the Blue Waters Hotel, our end of year function was a great hit! It was so great to walk in and everything was prepared as arranged. Top marks to Martin and his team for an excellent spread, the curry was unbelievable. Again, thank you for the excellent service and attention given through out the evening.
